SHIPPING
-8 business days after your purchase you will receive an order from DHL, so expect 2 to 3 days after that date to receive your handbag.
-Shippings in México are FREE!
For international customers please send an email to: contact@lecuonashop.com before your purchase to provide you with the best shipping method, when international shippings exceed $50 US dollars you must pay a custom tariff when you receive the package at the door.
-In the remote case of loss, by proven fault of our provider DHL, we are committed to fully return your money!
-Send us an e-mail to contact@lecuonashop.com If you don't receive your order on time to the adress you provided with us. All of our products have an insurance with DHL! So in the remote case of loss we will refund the total price of your bag.
-We only accept exchanges on unused accessories that preserve their tags and packaging within 5 days of delivery date, send us an e-mail to provide you instructions for the return, we are not responsible for the shipment costs.
-You can exchange your bag for another one or for store credit. We won't refund your money.

-If requested you will receive an invoice as established by the law in México.
